Vocational Skills Program
Too often, teens and adults with disabilities are underestimated or overlooked. At Brady, we believe every person has unique strengths and valuable contributions to make.
The Brady Vocational Skills Program provides participants with meaningful responsibilities, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to build confidence, independence, and a sense of purpose. Through the daily care of our horses and barn, participants develop practical workplace skills while becoming part of a supportive and inclusive community.
Participants learn essential horsemanship skills such as horse leading, grooming, feeding, tack care, facility maintenance, and understanding equine behavior. Along the way, they gain transferable skills that support success in employment, volunteer roles, education, and everyday life.
