Long-Term Roles
We’re recruiting for these essential pro bono roles for those interested in taking ownership of an ongoing function for six months or more. These part-time positions will help build the infrastructure Brady needs for its next stage of growth:
Fundraising & Development Lead
Help strengthen Brady’s fundraising across grants, corporate sponsorships, individual giving, and events. Identify opportunities, build relationships, and coordinate fundraising efforts. 5–10 hours/week. Click for full job description.
Administrative & Operations Coordinator
Help keep Brady running smoothly by coordinating inquiries, donations, scheduling, thank-yous, and databases while improving everyday administrative processes. 5–10 hours/week. Click for full job description.
Automation & Systems Specialist
Help digitize forms, improve Salesforce integration, complete our scheduling project, and automate time-consuming administrative and financial processes. 3–5 hours/week. Click for full job description.
Assistant Barn Manager
Help care for our horses, manage feed and supply inventory, and keep the Brady Barn, arena, paddocks, and grounds clean, safe, and organized. Some horse-handling and barn experience is required, but we’ll provide training. 10–15 hours/week. Click for full job description.
Brady Project Corps
As Brady grows, so do the opportunities to bring the healing power of horses to more people. But turning good ideas into reality takes more than ideas—it takes people willing to help make them happen.
That’s why we’re forming the Brady Project Corps: small, hands-on volunteer teams organized around specific projects, responsibilities, and goals. Some roles involve leading a project; others call for a particular skill or a few well-spent hours helping a team cross the finish line. Each project has a defined goal and an end date.
Corporate Outreach Coordinator

We’re preparing to offer Brady equine-assisted experiences to corporate teams, giving organizations a memorable way to build communication, trust, and connection while creating a new source of earned revenue for Brady. We’re looking for a Corporate Outreach Coordinator to help finalize packages and messaging, identify prospective companies and contacts, conduct outreach, and coordinate inquiries and scheduling.
Silent Auction Coordinator
— Now through November
Assuming our vendor can confirm a November date, our beloved Lobster Boil fundraiser will return to the Brady Barn! We’re looking for a Silent Auction Coordinator to lead outreach for donated goods and experiences, track contributions, coordinate auction logistics, and make sure our generous donors are properly thanked. 👉 See pictures from our 2023 event.
Sensory Trail Project Manager
— Now through Spring 2027
We’re developing a Sensory Trail that will bring together nature, horses, and multi-sensory experiences for our clients, with our much-anticipated Trick-or-Treat and Reindeer Rides offering opportunities to bring elements of the trail to life. We’re looking for a Sensory Trail Project Manager to help move the project from concept to completion, plus volunteers with experience or interest in landscaping, design/building, sourcing materials, and securing in-kind donations.
Pony Patch Project Manager
— Now through Spring 2027
We’re dreaming bigger for our Reading Education Assistance Ponies program. Our latest initiative, Pony Patch, will create a dedicated, Zoo-accessible space where children can build skills and confidence by reading to Toby and Tallulah or gather for storytime and other literacy experiences. We’re looking for a Pony Patch Project Manager to help coordinate the launch, along with volunteers who can contribute expertise in landscaping, carpentry/building, community partnerships, and sponsorships, including donated plants, materials, furniture, books, and other supplies. 👉 Learn more about our Reading Program.
